1. About TenantBot

TenantBot ("the Service") lets businesses create an AI-powered chat assistant, upload their own reference documents, and embed the assistant on their website to answer visitor questions and collect contact details. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity in your workspace, including activity by team members you invite. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the documents, branding and configuration you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service — storing your documents, processing them with AI providers to generate embeddings and answers, and displaying your branding in your chat widget. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the content you provide and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

4. AI-generated content disclaimer

Chat responses are generated automatically by artificial intelligence. AI answers may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect, and do not constitute professional advice. Businesses using the Service remain solely responsible for the information communicated to their website visitors, and visitors should verify important information directly with the business. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated response.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

6. Availability and beta status

The Service is currently offered in early access. It is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to announce significant changes in advance.

7. Fees

The Service is free during early access. If paid plans are introduced, pricing will be published in advance and no charges will apply without your explicit agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenantBot and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the Service, including damages arising from reliance on AI-generated responses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your workspace data will be deleted within a reasonable period.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
